The Council of Ministers called on Iran to immediately and unconditionally stop these sinful attacks and bear full responsibility for these attacks, as they represent a blatant aggression against the sovereignty of the State of Kuwait and a grave violation of international law, the Charter of the United Nations, and Security Council Resolution No. 2817 of 2026. Emphasizing the State of Kuwait’s categorical rejection of these aggressive practices and stressing that the State of Kuwait reserves its full right to take all necessary measures to preserve its security and defend its lands and vital installations against any aggression or threat, based on its inherent right to self-defense in accordance with Article (51) of the United Nations Charter and the rules of international law. On the other hand, the Council of Ministers expressed its strong condemnation and denunciation of the continued escalation and establishment of the Israeli occupation forces against the sisterly Republic of Lebanon.
