To your grandfather, the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family, “By God, if you had led us through this sea, we would have entered it with you, and we do not hate for you to meet our enemy tomorrow. Indeed, we are patient in war and truthful in encounter, and perhaps God will show you from us what pleases your eyes, so be pleased with us with His blessing. Third: We know and realize with certainty since we made the decision for freedom, independence, and dignity, and when we supported Gaza in fulfillment of our religious and moral duty, and when we defeated armies. Victory is only from God, the Mighty, the Wise. We ask God Almighty to grant us victory, to have mercy on the martyrs, to heal the wounded, and to release the prisoners. He is the Hearer and Answerer of prayers.
