He explained that the exhibition is one of the largest specialized events in the food industries sector at the level of Palestine, in terms of the volume of participation and organization, as it brings together the most prominent national companies operating in the field of food industries and trade from various governorates. Al-Jaabari indicated that the exhibition aims to strengthen trade relations. between companies and merchants, and providing the opportunity to conclude trade agreements, and provide offers and discounts, in a way that contributes to moving the local market and revitalizing the food sector. He pointed out that holding the exhibition constitutes a challenge in light of the current state of economic recession, stressing that its success will reflect the ability of the Palestinian economy to continue and advance despite the difficult circumstances. He stressed the importance of supporting the national product and encouraging investment in local industries, indicating that opening new factories contributes to providing job opportunities and strengthening the Palestinian economy, while acknowledging that some basic goods still depend on imports, due to the lack of availability The necessary capabilities to produce it locally. Rahhal stressed that the Chamber of Commerce in Bethlehem was supportive and a partner in every economic activity that contributes to strengthening the economy and steadfastness in Bethlehem and the entire country, stressing that the Chamber of Commerce worked to extend invitations and promote the exhibition, which today is meeting with great success at the level of Bethlehem Governorate with all its levels, officials and various sectors in it. Rahhal added in his interview with PNN that this exhibition is held over three days, expressing the hope that there will be a movement from all governorates that will be reflected in various aspects of the economy. In Bethlehem, in terms of hotels and their operation, in addition to restaurants and shops, he also indicated that the exhibition will constitute a lever for the economy for various producing, marketing and consuming parties, as it opens the way for everyone to communicate, contract and get to know national companies in the field of food products.
